The Alexander Technique - a method, calling correct posture, from violations which, according to the author's methodology, there may be numerous diseases. Technique has been developed in the XIX century Australian actor Matthias Alexander (1869-1955). Once he realized that the loss of voice, which he sometimes suffered from the stage, depends on the position of the head and neck. Changing this situation, it heals. During the 12 lessons he taught the patients get rid of bad posture, re-teaching them to properly use his body.
