i just RE-download again from rapidshare, and the password is fine no problem at all
oh i found the problem,
just extract it winrar if diagnosis problem occur just ignore it
it will create a folder
Britney_Spears--3_(The_Remixes)-Promo_CDM-2009-WUS (empty folder)
and
Britney_Spears--3_(The_Remixes)-Promo_CDM-2009-WUS _ (file inside)
sorry for problem, its rar script problem wich caused problem
