Recently I tried out fitness guru Jillian Michaels’ 6 Weeks Six-Pack 1 workout and to be honest, my abs may or may not still be on my living room floor.
6 Weeks Six-Pack 1 combines cardio with several ab exercises—because we all know we can’t spot train one area. But what’s also cool is that you work every part of your body in this 30 minute workout. I nearly had to reach for my inhaler just during the warm-up *smh* (well, to my defense my breathing patterns change when it gets colder out). Anyway, this routine also includes modifications for beginners and advancements for more seasoned exercisers so it’s a good, quick workout for virtually everyone. Jillian promises results in 6 weeks if you do this workout at least 5 times a week.
