Diproduksi atas kerjasama PT Demi Gisela Citra Sinema dengan PT Bumi Prasidi Bi-Epsi, film “NAGABONAR jadi 2” (NBj2) didedikasikan kepada Almarhum Drs Asrul Sani yang telah menciptaan tokoh rekaan NAGABONAR – pencopet yang diangkat jadi Jenderal dalam perang kemerdekaan.

Overview:

Naga Bonar (Deddy Mizwar) adalah bekas tukang copet. Dia tidak berpendidikan, naif, nekad, namun memiliki rasa setiakawan yang besar dan jujur. Ia mengangkat dirinya menjadi komandan sebuah laskar dan menyebut dirinya seorang Jenderal pada saat Belanda berusaha kembali menguasai daerah yang ditinggalkan oleh Jepang. Naga Bonar dan pasukannya berjuang melawan Belanda. Ia jatuh cinta pada Kirana (Nurul Arifin), gadis anak dokter yang berpihak kepada Belanda.
